In addition to the magnificent and unique landscapes of the central part of Poltava region, the route includes visits to two churches of Dykanka – Mykolaivska and the Trinity Church, the National Museum and Reserve which is now located in the Hohol and Yanovsky family estate in the village of Hoholevo (Shyshatskyi district), a unique monument of Baroque architecture style the Cathedral of the Transfiguration of the Saviour in Velyki Sorochyntsy (Myrhorod district), where the writer was baptized. Hohol perpetuated the name of the land where he was born and raised forever.
